I became a chef after as an apparel designer.When i was pregnant my first daughter,i realized with my mind & body that another life(universe) synchronized my universe,i also was a part of the universe.
I was interested in a close relation between food & body & spirit,
awaked that food which we have everyday was a love..a gift from the earth.
I always cook with thoughts that we got a love from the earth land,so i wish to give my love with appreciation back to the earth & to people i connected.
I started as an event chef in 2007,I'm trying to create an art from “food” which creates our body & spirits through collaborations with many kind of artists like ceramicists,musicians,dancers etc...
I opened a traveling cafe named “Pacha Mana Cafe” based in San Francisco
as a mother earth chef in 2008.

高校を卒業後アパレルデザインを勉強し、アパレルの会社を経て料理の世界に。長女を妊娠中に他の命（宇宙）が自分の宇宙とシンクロしているのを身体と心で強く感じ、自分は宇宙の中の一部という想いが産まれる。食＊身体＊魂の密接な関わりに興味を持ち始め、日々頂いている食べ物は地球からの贈り物、愛という意識が強くなる。愛を地球という大地から頂き、感謝という愛を地球やかかわリ合った人々にお返ししたいとい思いで料理をしている。
２００７年より、イベントシェフとして活動開始。陶芸家やミュージシャン、ダンサーなどの様々なアーティストとのコラボレーションを通して、人間の魂と身体を司る”食”をアートしクリエイトしたいと思っている。
現在、移動型カフェ”Pacha Mana Cafe” をオープンしMother earth chef としてサンフランシスコを拠点に活動中。
